Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

   

We aim to ship out every order within 24hours of receiving successful payment, however prior arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance. To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll find an estimated arrival date listed in the product details at the email we sent after despatch for each item. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.

Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required.  As such, a physical street address must be provided for all orders as we cannot delivery to PO Boxes. At goodresuppler, we offer you added peace of mind by having every item insured against loss, damage and theft whilst in transit at no extra charge.

If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

The courier we use normally are EMS, Fedex, USPS and DHL.

Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 3~7 working days to receive your goods although it will generally be sooner.

It might happen that an ordered product is not immediately available; in this case, Shapecloth will promptly inform you about the unavailability by e-mail.

5. International Delivery, Canada and U.S. Territories only (other charges may apply)

You will be notified by email on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.
